RENTAL CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Once you have identified the accommodation you want to book, the booking confirmation will be formalized directly online, from the "HOLIDAY RENTALS" or "CHECK AVAILABILITY" section: enter the reference dates and, having viewed the quote, you can proceed with the confirmation by filling in the personal data requested. At the same time you will receive the information to proceed with the payment of the deposit.
SPECIFIC RATES AND CONDITIONS
STANDARD RATE
By selecting the "Standard" rate upon booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total is required via bank transfer or credit card. Once you have completed the booking form mentioned above, you will receive an email in the email address you indicated containing the booking details, the exact amount to be paid and the bank details to make the payment in the event of a bank transfer.
N.B. Once your booking is confirmed,
The deposit must be paid within 3 working days.
The bank transfer must be made to the following IBAN:

MANDATORY INSERTING IN THE REASON:
DEPOSIT NO. RESERVATION xxxx/xxxx (which you will easily find in the booking confirmation email)
The balance, however, must be settled at the time of check-in, in cash or by debit/card.
If you prefer to pay the balance by bank transfer before your arrival, the payment must be made at least 7 days before check in and the credit must be visible before the arrival date.
By selecting the "Standard" rate, cancellation is always free up to 14 days before check-in. In this case all you have to do is communicate your wish to withdraw from the booking via email.
The deposit paid will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the email.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
By selecting the "Non-Refundable" rate upon booking confirmation, the balance of the total is required via bank transfer or credit card. Once you have completed the booking form mentioned above, you will receive an email in the email address you indicated containing the booking details, the exact amount to be paid and the bank details to make the payment in case of bank transfer.
N.B. Once your booking is confirmed,
The balance must be paid within 3 working days.

MANDATORY INSERTING IN THE REASON:
BALANCE NO. RESERVATION xxxx/xxxx (which you will easily find in the booking confirmation email)
By selecting the "Non-Refundable" rate, cancellation is always subject to a fee and in no case will there be a refund of the amount paid. To cancel the reservation, all you have to do is communicate your wish to withdraw from the reservation via email.
EASY BOOKING RATE
By selecting the "Easy Booking" rate upon booking confirmation, payment of the Easy Booking Additional Service equal to 7% of the rental is required via bank transfer or card debit. Once you have completed the booking form mentioned above, you will receive an email in the email address you indicated containing the booking details, the exact amount to be paid and the bank details to make the payment in the event of a bank transfer.

Payment must be made within 3 working days.

By selecting the "Easy Booking" rate, you can cancel your reservation for free up to the day of check-in, losing only the value of the Easy Booking Service which will under no circumstances be refunded. You can cancel the reservation by communicating your wish to withdraw from the reservation via email.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in and key collection are scheduled for the time slot from 3pm to 7pm, however many of the accommodations may be available in the morning. If your arrival is before 3pm we advise you to go directly to our offices in:
- Via Giulietti 170 - Sirolo
- Via Gherardi 59 - Senigallia
- Piazza Brancondi 12 - Porto Recanati
Following the instructions you will receive via email for collecting the keys depending on the accommodation booked.
Check-out with consequent return of the keys is expected by 10 am at the same office where you collected the keys at check-in.
You will find our offices open at the following times:
- Sirolo every day from 8am to 8pm (non-stop)
- Senigallia every day from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm
- Porto Recanati every day from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm
If you should arrive after closing time, please let us know in advance so that we can organize in advance.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH A FEE
Supplement for pets, € 5 per night, to be applied for buildings where pets are allowed and to be counted for a maximum of 14 nights.
The quotes made include bath linen and bed linen for each expeted bed space.
The quotes made do not include the tourist tax, which will be applied at check-in according to municipal regulations and based on the number of participants in the holiday.

The booking of one of our properties implies the tacit acceptance of the contractual conditions indicated above.
