RENTAL CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
Once you have identified the accommodation you want to book, the booking confirmation will be formalized directly online, from the "HOLIDAY RENTALS" or "CHECK AVAILABILITY" section: enter the reference dates and, having viewed the quote, you can proceed with the confirmation by filling in the personal data requested. At the same time you will receive the information to proceed with the payment of the deposit.
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
Upon confirmation of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total is required by bank transfer or credit/debit card. Once you have completed the aforementioned booking form, you will receive an email in the e-mail box you indicated containing the details of the booking, the exact amount to be paid and the bank account details to make the payment in case of the bank transfer.
N.B. Once the reservation is confirmed,
The deposit must be paid within 3 working days.

MANDATORY INSERTING IN THE CAUSAL:
DEPOSIT NO. RESERVATION xxxx / xxxx (which you will easily find in the booking confirmation email)
The balance, on the other hand, must be settled at the time of check in, in cash or debit / card.
If you prefer to pay the balance by bank transfer before your arrival, payment must be made at least 7 days before check in and the credit must be visible before the arrival date.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellation is always free up to 14 days before check-in. In this case, all you have to do is communicate via email your wish to withdraw from the reservation.
The deposit paid will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the email.
In case of cancellation in the last 13 days before check-in, the deposit paid will be refunded if the booked property is to be re-rented.
COVID EMERGENCY - If travel bans are imposed (by national or regional directives) in the last 6 days before check-in, you will receive a voucher equal to the deposit paid, valid for a stay to be made within the year following the booking date .
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in can also be done in the morning and the delivery of the keys is scheduled between 3 pm and 7 pm once cleaning is complete.
Check-out is foreseen with the return of the keys by 10 am.
Both practices will be carried out at our headquarters in Sirolo, in via Giulietti 170 or Senigallia, in via Gherardi 59 ( ONLY FOR SENIGALLIA ARRIVALS)
If you arrive after 20:00, please let us know in advance, so that we can arrange in time.

It is highly recommended to check in online so as to speed up the paperwork upon your arrival. However, you will receive an email on how to do it once the booking is complete.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH A FEE
The following additional services can be requested on site or by contacting us directly at [email protected] before arrival:
- Bath linen rental, € 3.50 per person for each supply requested (the kit supplied includes body, bidet and face towel);
- Bed linen rental, € 3.50 per bed for each supply requested (the kit supplied includes pillowcases and sheets);
- Supplement for pets, € 5 per night, to be applied for buildings where pets are allowed and to be counted for a maximum of 14 nights;
The quotes made do not include the tourist tax, which will be applied at check-in according to municipal regulations and based on the number of participants in the holiday.

The booking of one of our properties implies the tacit acceptance of the contractual conditions indicated above.
